Application Manager, SAP HCM
VANGARD AGApplication Manager SAP HCM responsible for SAP HCM applications and collaboration in SAP HXM projects. Managing end-to-end HR processes and working alongside various stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY)
- Ensure end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting and statutory requirements
- Responsibility for customizing, error analysis and test design within the HCM area
- Coordinate with stakeholders from business units, IT and external partners
- Contribute to change and release management, quality assurance and integration with SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
- Active participation in projects for HR digitization and process optimization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
- Experience with SAP reports, SAP Query and ad-hoc analyses
- SAP HCM customizing knowledge including schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT), integrations with SuccessFactors, Portal and Fiori
- Change and release management experience including requirements analysis, documentation and test planning
- Quality assurance: review of customizing code and coordination of test runs
- Project work: participation in HR digitization projects and introduction of new tools and processes
- Strong communication and prioritization skills, confident handling of competing requirements
