About the role

  • Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY)
  • Ensure end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting and legal requirements
  • Responsibility for customizing, error analysis and test design in the HCM area
  • Coordination with stakeholders from business units, IT and external partners
  • Contribute to change & release management, quality assurance and integration with SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
  • Active participation in projects for HR digitalization and process optimization

Requirements

  • Several years' experience in at least one of the following areas: Employee Master Data (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
  • Experience with SAP Reports, SAP Query and ad-hoc analyses
  • SAP HCM customizing experience
  • Knowledge of schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT) and integrations with SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
  • Change & release management experience
  • Experience in requirements analysis, documentation and test planning
  • Quality assurance: reviewing customizing/code and coordinating test runs
  • Project experience: participation in HR digitalization projects and implementation of new tools and processes
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing demands
