About the role
- Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM) and Payroll (PY)
- Ensure end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting and legal requirements
- Responsibility for customizing, error analysis and test design in the HCM area
- Coordination with stakeholders from business units, IT and external partners
- Contribute to change & release management, quality assurance and integration with SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
- Active participation in projects for HR digitalization and process optimization
Requirements
- Several years' experience in at least one of the following areas: Employee Master Data (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
- Experience with SAP Reports, SAP Query and ad-hoc analyses
- SAP HCM customizing experience
- Knowledge of schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT) and integrations with SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
- Change & release management experience
- Experience in requirements analysis, documentation and test planning
- Quality assurance: reviewing customizing/code and coordinating test runs
- Project experience: participation in HR digitalization projects and implementation of new tools and processes
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing demands
