About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital communication strategies across a portfolio of clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and identifying growth opportunities
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across social media, content, paid media, websites, newsletters, influencer collaborations, and other digital channels
  • Oversee campaign performance, reporting, and optimization in collaboration with performance and creative teams
  • Translate client objectives into actionable digital roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Guide content, platform, and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital professionals, supporting their development and performance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including account managers, creatives, content creators, media specialists, and production partners
  • Support new business development through participation in pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, platform developments, emerging technologies, and AI-powered tools that can enhance client outcomes and agency operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital communications, social media, or integrated agency environments
  • Proven experience in developing and leading digital strategies for brands and organization
  • Strong client management and account leadership experience
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams
  • Excellent understanding of social media, content marketing, paid media, analytics, and digital communication ecosystems
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience presenting strategies, recommendations, and results to senior clients
  • Strong understanding of corporate and brand communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Familiarity with AI tools and emerging digital technologies will be considered a strong plus
