About the role
- Manage projects with Salesforce CRM and high impact according to the defined methodology and processes and control the quality of the project deliverables.
- Support in the structuring of the project and management and its governance, making the company understand its importance.
- Ensure compliance and predictability of schedules, scope, delivery quality, costs, risks and profitability, so that we can anticipate problems and be prepared for them.
- Responsible for presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, customers or project team members.
- Ensure the weekly appointment of all project resources;
- Responsible for defining the need for action/approval in additional hours;
- Must manage multidisciplinary teams;
- Be the focal point of communication with the client, maintaining the harmony and satisfaction of the client and the team;
- Report to the PMO and request professional and material resources.
- Promotes communication, interaction and synergies within the project as well as with other projects and business units in the company.
Requirements
- Complete University Studies in IT or Business related areas
- Studying MBA or Complete.
- 10+ years of experience in project management area.
- 05+ years of experience in IT service projects, preferably using Salesforce CRM (Marketing Cloud, Loyalty and Data Cloud);
