About the role
- Support the end-to-end US payroll process
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution
- Manage payroll inputs and audit data for accuracy
- Resolve discrepancies and support tax compliance requirements
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR, and Finance teams
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain data integrity across payroll and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor/tax regulations
Requirements
- Experience in US payroll of at least +3 or +5 years
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong knowledge of US federal & state payroll regulations
- Experience with payroll systems (Dayforce/ADP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working independently with tight deadlines
