About the role

  • Valtech is an experience innovation company focused on digital transformation and customer experience
  • As Project Manager, responsible for delivering projects on scope, on time, on budget, and towards client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage project teams: assign tasks, ensure deliverable quality, develop and motivate team members
  • Run, support and develop Service Level Agreements and different kinds of contracts with clients
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involve stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • Ensure staffing and engineering resource availability and allocations
  • Create general road mapping and detailed project plans to track progress
  • Use verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs (risk management)
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and create dashboards/data visualizations
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships, including negotiation and financial aspects (invoicing, expenses, revenue forecasts)
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience working as a Project Manager inside digital agencies, software factories or IT companies
  • Experience working with project management software tools like MS Project and JIRA
  • Preferably with a degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related careers
  • Knowledge of data processing and dashboard, metrics and KPI's analysis
  • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • Nice to have: experience in similar positions related to ecommerce services / products
  • Formal education desired: Complete University Studies (Bachelor level)
  • Languages: Upper Intermediate / Advanced English
  • Nice-to-have skills: strategic and global vision, proactive and hands-on, continuous improvement orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, organisation and time management, team management, detail and quality oriented
