About the role
- As a Business Analyst specialized in Adobe Workfront, you will act as the bridge between business needs and platform capabilities.
- You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure Workfront implementations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Configure Workfront to meet business requirements, including custom fields, templates, and workflows.
- Implement best practices in Workfront setup to streamline project management processes.
- Plan a project (how to set up a project timeline, identify the work needs to be done, make assignment and start the project).
- Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement and design future state processes.
- Create detailed documentation of Workfront configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Help the client keep control over his budget by promoting solutions close to the Workfront product.
- Understand and work with Asset Management.
- Understand the advantage of using the Portfolios.
- Demonstrates good level of Adobe Workfront product knowledge.
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes managed In Workfront work management solution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Good consulting skills to drive workshops with client stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Remote or international project team management
- Good project management skills: ability to manage large complex projects involving multiple business/organization unit disciplines; effectively utilizes project plans and methodology, has proven track record of project implementation
- Strong communication skills, able to work directly with end users or give presentations to stakeholder groups.
