About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the 12-month and 24-month roadmap and quarterly release plan
Project-manage every game: kickoff, GDD sign-off, dev sprints, art delivery, audio delivery, internal QA, lab submission, ORYX integration, soft launch, live
Hire, onboard, performance-manage the team
Manage external vendors (art, audio, legal, accounting)
Coordinate B2B licensing
Make build-vs-buy calls on every adjacent capability (analytics, sim tooling, art pipeline, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in iGaming, with at least 2 in a production, studio management, or product leadership role at a slots supplier or aggregator
Demonstrated experience shipping slot titles end-to-end, owning timelines, dependencies, and lab certification
Hands-on producer skills: roadmap planning, milestone tracking, dependency management across math → backend → frontend → art → audio → QA → cert
Awareness of B2B supplier licensing requirements
