About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete and submit all required documentation expeditiously (within 48 hours) and accurately in the required format.
  • It is essential to be reliable and dependable to guarantee that veteran appointments are conducted successfully and that documentation is submitted promptly, as veterans’ benefits and care are contingent upon these actions.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and the capacity to efficiently sift through and identify relevant information.
  • Required to provide availability weekly and report appointment completions and no-shows to the lead scheduler following every shift.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PsyD or PhD from an APA-accredited doctoral program with a concentration in clinical or forensic psychology or counseling.
  • Must have a valid and unrestricted license to practice as an independent psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, or a Commonwealth, territory, or possession of the United States.
  • Experience conducting VA Disability Questionnaires is preferred; Will consider applicants who have experience conducting disability and/or forensic evaluations.
  • Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to provide at least 5 hours of availability on a regular basis.
  • Experienced in one or more Electronic Health Records.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Must be a US citizen and reside in the United States.
  • PsyPact preferred.
