About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of experience in a clinical setting
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) – American Heart 'Healthcare Provider' (HCP), AHA approved
- New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation
- Training in specialty-specific assisting desired
- Good communication skills
- Competent to provide care to patients utilizing the nursing process
- Knowledge of the basic principles of human growth and development
- Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs, based on age of the patient served
