About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in HR administration and preparatory accounting
  • Maintain employee and master data as well as administrative records
  • Preparation of incoming invoices and support in document management
  • Support with travel expense reports and review of credit card statements
  • Administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain vacation and sick leave records
  • Point of contact for employees regarding administrative queries
  • Communication with external partners such as health insurance providers or service providers
  • Support general administrative and organizational processes in day-to-day agency operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial background through formal training or practical professional experience
  • Ideally, initial experience in HR administration and knowledge of preparatory accounting
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, careful and reliable way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Self-initiative and willingness to engage proactively and contribute ideas
  • Confident use of common Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks
