Team Assistant – HR & Finance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in HR administration and preparatory accounting
- Maintain employee and master data as well as administrative records
- Preparation of incoming invoices and support in document management
- Support with travel expense reports and review of credit card statements
- Administrative support for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain vacation and sick leave records
- Point of contact for employees regarding administrative queries
- Communication with external partners such as health insurance providers or service providers
- Support general administrative and organizational processes in day-to-day agency operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial background through formal training or practical professional experience
- Ideally, initial experience in HR administration and knowledge of preparatory accounting
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Strong organizational skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Self-initiative and willingness to engage proactively and contribute ideas
- Confident use of common Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks
