About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Investigate how each office workflow is being executed: client registration, onboarding/activation, supporting documentation and inputs, obligations to act and to pay, pleadings and other court documents, court fees (including Small Claims/JEC), hearings, official publications/notifications, payments, case management system entries, among others.
  • Speak with area coordinators to understand the workflow before auditing it, turning that understanding into a standardized template/checklist that will be used for all subsequent audits in that area.
  • Critically analyze court decisions and their operational consequences, identifying deviations that often go unnoticed in day-to-day operations.
  • Propose action plans with a declared root cause, and present findings in meetings with coordinators and executive leadership — defending the position with evidence when necessary.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and revisit processes to verify effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the continuous monitoring dashboard.
  • Serve as the audit team's technical reference, supporting the development of professionals and promoting best practices, quality standards, and operational governance.
