About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support activities including data discovery, classification, tagging, labeling, risk prioritization, and remediation planning.
- Partner with client security, DLP, SOC, and data governance teams
- Triage findings surfaced through data security tooling
- Drive remediation actions to closure
- Coordinate with the SOC and response teams during findings
- Document remediation decisions and closure evidence
- Provide technical input into the remediation roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in security engineering
- Direct, hands-on remediation experience
- Practical expertise in Cyera and Microsoft Purview
- Working knowledge of SIEM/SOC alerting pipelines
- Comfort working with client's existing DLP engineer
- Demonstrated experience in controlled validation exercises
- Practical understanding of SharePoint/OneDrive incident patterns
- Ability to translate technical remediation work into clear documentation
