About the role

  • Management of civil litigation cases across the country, primarily on the plaintiff’s side, with a focus on eviction actions and post-judgment enforcement proceedings;
  • Review of documentation, filing and distribution of judgment enforcement documents, and monitoring and compliance with procedural and administrative deadlines;
  • Issuance and dispatch of payment slips/guides;
  • Updating and maintaining internal and external systems;
  • Monitoring emails and preparing legal opinions on specific matters;
  • Preparing and maintaining reports;
  • Liaising with court officers and process servers;
  • In-person diligences and attendance at hearings when necessary.

Requirements

  • Law degree;
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Required: prior experience with eviction actions;
  • Preferred: strong organizational skills and ability to work with standardized workflows and operational routines; proactive profile with the ability to anticipate procedural risks.
