About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking projects from initiation through completion
- Support the development of project timelines, task lists, and milestones
- Monitor project progress and flag potential risks or delays
- Maintain project documentation, files, and status updates
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables across internal teams and external partners
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
- Support project leads in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and expectations

- Analyze project outcomes and apply lessons learned to future projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during in-office collaboration days

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0–1 years of experience coordinating projects in academic, internship, or professional settings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to take feedback constructively
- Willingness to learn project management tools and processes
- Preferred: coursework, certifications, or internships related to project management, business, or operations
- Preferred: familiarity with Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
- Preferred: basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or similar methodologies
- Preferred: interest in operations, process improvement, or cross-functional collaboration
