About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completing route and site selection studies, feasibility studies, and location analyses.
- Preparation of public outreach maps and materials.
- Preparing maps for reports and field work.
- Assisting with permitting agency submittals.
- Perform and assist with other tasks as directed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Geography, Planning, Ecology, Biology, or similar.
- 2 - 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in site/route selection required.
- Working knowledge of Ohio Power Siting Board or other state utility commission submittals preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specifically ArcGIS Pro.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and means of transportation.
