Develop and execute customer optimization and conversion strategies across in-app and email channels, and other avenues.\n
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to devise and implement efficient campaigns, ensuring learning pathways of transition from starter plans to upgrade.\n
Partner with the Product team, contributing insights and expertise to introduce new features designed to drive conversions and enhance the user experience.\n
Foster cross-functional relationships to align product development with the overarching goal of optimizing our conversion landscape and maximizing growth opportunities.\n
Lead and measure the development and execution of user-centric programs that generate tangible results and drive upsells.\n
Identify and assess new monetization opportunities as we expand our customer base and product portfolio.
Requirements
5+ years experience in monetization, growth, email, customer marketing or another role that marries strategy, marketing, data, and operations in a PLG tech or retail company.\n
Strong capability in email and customer experience systems like Hubspot, Klaviyo, Braze, Pendo, Amplitude\n
Direct experience in a product-led-growth, direct-to-consumer, self-serve retail or tech company.\n
Success leading cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, & Operations, especially in fast-paced, evolving environments.\n
A strong grasp of customer psychology and behavior around pricing and self-serve products.\n
Comfortable working with early-stage teams, internationally time zoned.
