About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help accelerate growth in V2's data and analytics practice
- Lead and support the full delivery lifecycle from technical discovery through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Partner closely with Delivery leadership to drive internal and external conversations
- Build consensus around technical designs
- Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures
- Present recommendations directly to V2 clients
- Structure, move, and activate data solutions that serve real business outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of hands-on Python and SQL experience in production data engineering or analytics environments
- Demonstrated experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Google data warehousing platforms
- Hands-on experience working with AI tooling, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar
- 5+ years of consulting or technical delivery experience
- Meaningful exposure to media, advertising sales, or adjacent industries
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise CRM, middle-office cloud platforms, and adjacent data technologies is a plus
- You operate with speed and agility, thriving in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
