Media & Ad Sales Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll be the owner of our HubSpot ecosystem, Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, pipelines, segmentation, and the data integrity that makes all of it meaningful.
- Help build and scale our flagship thought leadership vehicle - from content strategy to production coordination to audience development and event programming.
- Write, edit, and shape content that positions V2 as the go-to voice in ad sales transformation. You'll work with senior leadership to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives.
- Help manage the V2 digital footprint, site performance, SEO/AEO, UX improvements, and keeping our online presence sharp, current, and on-brand.
- Help develop and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and other channels, building V2's voice and community with every post.
- Help design, build, and optimize email programs that nurture prospects, engage clients, and amplify our thought leadership.
- Generate the dashboards, reports, and insights that connect marketing activity to business outcomes. You'll help us get smarter with every campaign.
- Coordinate event logistics, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and our presence at major industry conferences. Think ad sales, media, and technology ecosystems.
- Support the development and execution of an integrated lead gen strategy that spans content, digital, events, and outbound campaigns.
- Partner with our SVP of Alliances & Business Development to support co-marketing and alliance activities with key platform partners including Salesforce, Databricks, HubSpot, and others.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling across formats, from executive decks to punchy LinkedIn posts.
- You can take a project from kickoff to completion without losing the thread, regardless of complexity.
- You don't just create campaigns, you measure, learn, and optimize. You're comfortable with data and know how to build insight from it.
- You understand the nuances of B2B, relationship-driven sales cycles and long-form brand building.
- You operate with transparency, take accountability seriously, and don't cut corners.
- You've worked in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and loved it. You figure things out. You move fast and iterate.
- Some experience in or around media, ad sales, or the broader advertising ecosystem is a strong differentiator.
- You can write, design, and produce content on your own — and it looks and feels on-brand without needing three rounds of review.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub is non-negotiable.
- You work natively with Claude, Gemini, or other leading AI platforms, not as a novelty, but as a daily productivity multiplier.
