Key responsibilities & impact

Build a working Agentic AI solution to solve a real-world business problem
Design and build AI agents that can perceive, reason and act
Develop practical skills in prompt architecture and behavioural specification
Work with function and tool calling
Explore context and state management
Apply Retrieval Augmented Reasoning (RAG)
Build AI guardrails and constraint enforcement
Learn agent evaluation and observability
Design human-in-the-loop workflows
Present the solution, architecture and engineering decisions to V2 AI mentors
Receive feedback and support from experienced AI Engineers
Complete V2 AI’s hands-on White Belt Applied AI Engineering Project
Present and defend a working Agentic AI solution at the end of the program

Requirements

What you’ll need

University student or recent graduate studying or having completed a technology-related degree
Comfortable with the foundations of software engineering
Familiarity with foundational cloud concepts in AWS or GCP
Curiosity about Generative AI and Agentic AI
Learns by building, experimenting and solving problems
Excited about developing a career in AI Engineering / Applied AI
No prior AI Engineer experience required
Program requires approximately 120 hours
Must attend an in-person kick-off and tooling walkthrough
