What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Digital Business, Growth Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related commercial or technical field.
Initial work experience or internships are an advantage.
Passion for emerging technologies and a tech‑savvy mindset, with particular interest in AI tools and their business applications.
Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
A growth mindset: curious, self‑driven, comfortable with being challenged, disciplined to work independently and able to ask the right questions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
