About the role

  • Create, develop, and enhance automations and orchestration environments;
  • Map processes, design solutions, and support the selection of automation tools for different use cases;
  • Contribute to the documentation of processes and automation workflows;
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand and meet the business's automation needs;
  • Participate in developing automation solutions integrated with AI;
  • Support project management using agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum.

Requirements

  • Graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies, design patterns, and systems architecture is desirable;
  • As we work with different clients and environments, there is no mandatory minimum stack requirement, but basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, VBS, etc.) and/or an automation platform (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Apps, etc.) is desirable;
  • Knowledge of AI/Generative AI models and cloud technologies is a plus.
