About the role
- Upload, structure, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads;
- Create and manage audiences, ad sets, and A/B tests;
- Monitor metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM and Connect Rate for decision-making;
- Implement page tracking using Google Tag Manager, UTMs and campaign naming conventions;
- Analyze results and propose improvements to ads, creatives, copy and funnel structure.
Requirements
- Practical proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Ability to read and analyze metrics for data-driven decision making
- Experience with tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Analytical thinking, organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams such as Design, Copy, Landing Page and Audiovisual
- Certifications in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar) — Nice to have
- Full-funnel perspective, understanding ads, landing pages, creatives and offers — Nice to have
- Experience managing traffic for launches and evergreen (perpetual) campaigns — Nice to have
- Experience with structured testing and documenting learnings — Nice to have
