About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You play a key role in our marketing strategy.
  • From content to campaigns, web to events, you work closely with the sales team and the Sales and Marketing Director to turn strategic directions into concrete, measurable actions.
  • You identify opportunities, propose impactful initiatives, and ensure each action connects brand awareness, lead generation and business development.
  • Design and send newsletters via HubSpot; create and manage multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn); track generated leads.
  • Plan the editorial calendar; write and produce engaging visuals (Canva, video, infographics); manage community; write SEO-focused blog articles; monitor site performance (traffic, errors, conversions); optimize content for French and English keywords; coordinate with the web agency.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral (brochures, presentations, product sheets); create content tailored to sellers’ needs (pitches, sales scripts, case studies); support revenue-focused marketing strategies.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency (cleaning, segmentation, workflows); monitor lead lifecycle (prospect to customer); run nurturing and automated re-engagement campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate strategic events (trade shows, conferences, launches); manage logistics (registrations, materials, transport, booth); create promotional materials; collect and follow up on leads in collaboration with sales.
  • Track performance (traffic, leads, conversion, ROI); maintain dashboards and monthly/annual reports; manage the marketing budget; identify optimization levers; coordinate with external partners.
  • Create internal visuals and publications (screens, email signatures, announcements); contribute to company culture (monthly activities, celebrations); collaborate with HR on internal communications.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management or project coordination.
  • Experience working in a technology company is an asset.
  • Comfortable working with clear objectives and reporting on your performance.
  • Experience organizing events from A to Z (logistics, communications, participant experience, follow-up).
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a technology or B2B environment and an understanding of the sales cycle and sector-specific challenges.
  • Experience managing external providers (agencies, designers, freelancers).
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and bringing them to market.
