About the role
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the North American data center market
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and sales goals
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to generate qualified leads
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance optimization
- Write, edit, and publish articles, blog posts, case studies, and white papers; maintain an editorial calendar
- Optimize content for user experience using CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Develop and execute PR plans; craft press releases and media pitches; build relationships with media and influencers
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and optimize strategies
- Conduct social media marketing analysis and research for the North American market
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Measure and analyze campaign performance; prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility and secure speaking engagements
- Manage marketing budgets and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- MBA or master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years in marketing with a focus on B2B technology or data center solutions
- Proven experience in lead generation and revenue growth
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with social media marketing tools
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Magento)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Proven experience conducting market research and competitive analysis for the North American market
- Expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analysis (Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and project management abilities
- Strong portfolio of published work and demonstrated PR campaign experience
