About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively manage and support a dedicated caseload of approximately 5-10 students
Meet with students weekly (either in-person or virtually) to co-create actionable goals
Conduct all coaching sessions in strict alignment with established SHP guidelines
Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential digital logs to document all coaching sessions
Communicate proactively with families each quarter
