About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively manage and support a dedicated caseload of approximately 5-10 students
  • Meet with students weekly (either in-person or virtually) to co-create actionable goals
  • Conduct all coaching sessions in strict alignment with established SHP guidelines
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential digital logs to document all coaching sessions
  • Communicate proactively with families each quarter
