About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively manage and support a dedicated caseload of approximately 5-10 students
- Meet with students weekly (either in-person or virtually) to co-create actionable goals
- Conduct all coaching sessions in strict alignment with established SHP guidelines
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential digital logs to document all coaching sessions
- Communicate proactively with families each quarter
Requirements
What you’ll need- Federal Work-Study eligible students only
- Strong communication & oracy skills
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Prior experience in youth development, mentoring, education, out-of-school-time programming, or related fields.
