About the role

  • Lead UX initiatives across various projects.
  • Be responsible for UX-related artifacts.
  • Pick the right tool for the job.

  • Ensure UX best practices are being followed by collaborating with cross-functional teams through the entire product development process.
  • Help communicate the impact of UX design and research to project stakeholders; both internally and client-facing.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience
  • Experience leading UX workshops, interviews, etc
  • Experience creating UX artifacts, from informational (ex. personas), to interaction design (ex. Wireframes, prototypes, etc.) and accessibility
  • Experience leading initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in all things Figma
