About the role
- Take charge of client relations from the requirements review or project assignment through to closure
- Perform technical pre-sales studies (costing and project feasibility)
- Formalize procedures for test teams
- Manage project OSEs (work orders)
- Coordinate the project (interface and reporting to stakeholders)
- Produce deliverables for complex and non-standard tests
- Ensure the quality of deliverables in line with client requirements
- Ensure project profitability in line with estimates
- Be responsive and proactive to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth project flow
- Anticipate potential blocking points and be proactive in finding solutions
- Maintain and update reference materials (regulations / protocols / standards …)
- Ensure RETEX (lessons learned/feedback)
- Create new activities or tests
- Lead tests as the central technical reference
- Participate in test execution during peak workload periods
- Share technical developments within your scope
- Develop new reference frameworks and capabilities
- Monitor new technologies relevant to your area
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in a technical field: SEP FDS: physical and mechanical measurements
- EEA: GMP fluid mechanics, emissions, acoustics, EMC
- Significant experience in a test center or laboratory (crash test experience for SEP)
- Significant experience in the automotive sector / tests with a predominantly mechanical focus
