About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure logistical and operational readiness of Merrimack County 4-H programs
Prepare, print, and assemble Fair materials including exhibit cards and registration forms
Maintain inventory of supplies and organization of volunteer materials
Provide on-site operational support during Fair events
Assist with Fair cleanup and organization of materials
Develop and implement a professional development plan as supported by the supervisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one (1) year of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or operational support
Valid New Hampshire driver’s license
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage printing equipment, materials, and event supplies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with fluctuating workload demands
Availability to work occasional nights and weekends
Willingness to travel for work; mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds.
