About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active B2B sales of software products
  • Support and expand your own customer base through personal consulting, including proactive customer retention and win‑back efforts
  • Independently acquire and support new customers throughout Europe
  • Prepare quotes and proposals and manage them through to successful closing
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Business-level proficiency in one official European language, ideally at native-speaker level (spoken and written)
  • Business-level proficiency in English and German (spoken and written)
  • 2–3+ years of active sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a high level of drive and enthusiasm
  • Goal-oriented and proactive
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and common business software
