About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications to meet the business needs of USA Swimming.
Leads front-end development for both desktop and mobile applications.
Interacts with business subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements.
Analyzes business requirements and transforms them into a technical design.
Employs React / JavaScript, MS Web APIs and Microsoft Visual Studio application development technologies to develop custom applications.
Administers application code in the development, staging, and production environments.
Uses Azure DevOps to manage source code and the Agile development lifecycle.
Collaborates with third party vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent years of experience.
3 – 5 years of experience in front-end software development using JavaScript, React, TanStack Router, and React Native.
2 – 3 years of back-end software development experience, with majority of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio development technologies (ASP.NET Core, C#, Model-view-controller, T-SQL, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, MS Web APIs, and Azure).
Experience in test-driven development.
Experience and solid working knowledge of JSON, CSS, HTML.
