About the role
- Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active job sites.
- Create and maintain production schedules and work plans to align with project milestones.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to optimize daily output.
- Monitor progress against targets and resolve issues impacting productivity or timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify scope, progress, safety, and quality.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Track labor hours and daily progress reports to support billing and forecasting.
- Hold crews accountable for performance, safety, and quality expectations.
- Participate in daily or weekly production meetings to report updates and coordinate next steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, field operations, or production management.
- Proven experience managing crews and coordinating daily jobsite activities.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling tools, and sequencing of trades.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- OSHA 30 or other safety certifications preferred.
