About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, launches, and ongoing updates across all advertising and paid media platforms
  • Manage timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule
  • Perform QA checks on creative assets, links, targeting, tracking, and reporting
  • Analyze campaign data
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth campaign execution and operational consistency
  • Help improve workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks as campaign volume grows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media and advertising campaign execution
  • Strong web, technical, and organizational skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in all standard Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
