Strategic Account Director
US HealthConnect, Inc.Strategic Account Director responsible for client engagement and business growth in healthcare. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Becoming well versed in your client’s therapeutic area(s), their business priorities and mapping HCP engagement strategies to these priorities.
- Map your accounts to identify multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Follow a sales solution cycle leading to proposal development and then contract execution.
- Cross-functional collaboration with ReachMD colleagues to ensure a WOW experience for our customers.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer and provide feedback on trends, ideas, products in the marketplace.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital healthcare sales with a strong emphasis on Commercial/Brand/Media, particularly seeking candidates with extensive experience in these areas.
- Having experience selling into HCP agencies.
- Possess a strong Sales Hunter mentality, with established and strong relationships across top HCP media buying agencies such as CMI, PHM, Havas, Klick, and others.
- A demonstrated track record of successful selling and territory growth.
- Fluency in the language of our Life Sciences customers.
- Demonstrate comfort and confidence leading client meetings.
- Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Understanding data and critical metrics that are important to clients.
- Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize.
- Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to travel in the US as needed.
