About the role
- Building, operating and evolving infrastructures based on VMs as well as Kubernetes / OpenShift
- Working with private and public cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes
- Monitoring environments including automated alerting
- Technical consulting and collaboration with our clients
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift (alternatively: managed services such as EKS, AKS or GKE)
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux CD)
- Good knowledge of automation and deployment processes
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Independent, structured working style and strong customer orientation
- Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for remote work and occasional on-site meetings
- Desirable: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience in consulting projects or direct customer engagement
