About the role

  • Lead critical business negotiations that shape the future of our company.
  • Find the right partners, understand their needs, and position Urbix Hub as the ideal solution.
  • Support funding rounds and maintain investor relationships.
  • Contribute to product development insights and market positioning.
  • Create compelling proposals that communicate our vision to key stakeholders.
  • Multitask across critical business areas: sales, strategy, and business development.
  • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to turn bold ideas into actionable plans.
  • Develop and refine our go-to-market approach using state-of-the-art AI and analytics tools.
  • Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities across different business areas.

Requirements

  • C1-level proficiency in German and English
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • Bachelor’s degree (field not important; what matters is at least one year of B2B sales experience)
  • Ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives AND persuade others
  • Natural problem-solver: self-driven, curious, and creative
  • Fast learner who can independently figure things out (self-motivation is a strength)
  • Comfortable testing, failing, and iterating
  • Tech-savvy enough to love AI, yet human enough to hold meaningful conversations
  • Being funny is a BIG plus
