About the role

  • Strategic development and editorial management of our AI channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter)
  • Development and iteration of content formats (e.g., Client Cases, AI Spec Ads, Behind the Scenes, POVs, owned formats)
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating content productions with the in-house team and external freelancers
  • Close coordination with Creative AI Producers and Direction to translate productions into communication-ready content
  • Copywriting in German and English for all channels
  • Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
  • Independently executing minor editing and design tasks (e.g., basic video cuts, social snippets, type slides, image editing in Photoshop)
  • Editorially preparing complex topics around AI, production and new workflows — clear, accessible, not overly technical
  • Active use of AI tools in the editorial and visual workflow, e.g., for ideation, variant generation and text or image development
  • Building and maintaining editorial calendars, timelines and production overviews
  • Quality assurance of all content in terms of tone, style and message

Requirements

  • Experience in content management, editorial work or brand communication (agency, production or brand side)
  • Strong linguistic sense and confident writing skills in German and English
  • Experience editing basic video formats for social media
  • Proficient with Photoshop for minor design and image-editing tasks
  • Enthusiasm for and experience with AI tools for content and media production
  • Prompting-savviness and a good sense for using AI purposefully, reproducibly and with clear intent
  • Understanding of motion picture/video, visual communication and production processes
  • Ability to think strategically while executing operationally
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to oversee parallel formats and timelines
  • Independent, structured working style
