About the role
- Shoot short-form videos in Frankfurt; equipment provided
- Edit in CapCut or similar: clean pacing, transitions, music, captions and text overlays
- Execute provided scripts and offer constructive suggestions for hooks, opening lines, and calls to action
- Create variants for testing, e.g., two to three hook versions per clip
- Platform-appropriate exports and file naming for TikTok, Instagram and Meta
- Prepare uploads including subtitles and thumbnails when required
- Collaborate in a hybrid setup with fast feedback loops
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in media, communications, design or a related field is a plus but not required
- Proven experience filming and editing TikToks or Reels; please provide work samples
- Confident with CapCut; experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
- Strong sense for hooks, timing, story flow, and precise text overlays
- Very good German; English is a plus
- Reliable, independent working style with fast turnarounds
