About the role
- Lead the planning & execution of residencies
- Develop and manage end-to-end work plans for all residencies
- Ensure seamless, restorative experiences for Villagers
- Co-facilitate residency experiences & circles
- Steward ongoing Villager engagement
- Design and facilitate post-residency offerings
- Keep a pulse on Villager experiences
