About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Automate internal agency processes using modern AI tools
Identify inefficient workflows and develop smart solutions
Design and optimize workflows (e.g., using APIs, no-code/low-code tools)
Integrate and leverage AI systems (e.g., LLMs, agent workflows, etc.)
Test and evaluate new tools and technologies (you'll act as our early warning system)
Develop small internal tools, scripts, or systems
Work closely with the founders to further develop the agency's structure
Goal: reduce manual work and replace it with scalable systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong affinity for AI and emerging technologies
Experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, agent tools, automation platforms, etc.)
Prompt engineering or building AI workflows
Technical understanding (APIs, data flows, logical thinking)
Hands-on mentality: you build things rather than just talk about them
Independent, structured way of working
High willingness to learn and curiosity
Strong proficiency in German and English
Bonus (not required): experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
Experience in e-commerce or agency environments
