About the role

  • Plan the annual marketing calendar (digital and offline);
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns aimed at attracting customers, increasing brand visibility, and promoting the company across multiple channels;
  • Coordinate the company's participation in external events, such as trade shows and conferences, including supplier negotiations, promotions, and on-site execution;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and update corporate materials and support campaigns;
  • Monitor the performance of all marketing initiatives, analyzing metrics and the ROI of each activity;
  • Produce flawless copy for content on external channels (social media, email marketing, blog) and internal communications;
  • Capture content for promotion (photos/videos) and develop scripts;
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses, define target audiences and personas, structure the editorial calendar, and support other strategic marketing efforts;
  • Manage the department budget, aiming to maximize return on investment.
