About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring and managing overdue installments
Updating and cleansing customer databases
Assisting in the preparation of recovery reports and KPIs
Contacting customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Handling customer service and negotiations through Chatwoot
Issuing boletos (bank slips) and tracking payments
Supporting collection, recovery, and credit-reporting campaigns
Updating the CRM and recording interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate currently enrolled in: Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting | From 3rd to 8th semester
Basic knowledge of Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with customer service and building customer relationships
Analytical and proactive mindset
Desired: Knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and filters in Excel
Previous experience in customer service, collections, or telemarketing
Experience with CRM and customer support tools (Chatwoot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
Basic understanding of metrics and report preparation
Ability to work with large volumes of information/data
