About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify and approach potential customers for personal loan products.
- Present and explain various loan options, terms, and conditions to clients clearly and concisely.
- Assist customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and UOB Capital Services' product offerings.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking, finance, or personal loans.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within Bangkok, its vicinities, and other provinces as required.
- Fluency in Thai is essential, both written and spoken.
