About the role
- You will support the Backoffice product used by merchants and internal teams in daily operations
- You will analyze and resolve product-related issues reported by internal teams or merchants using the backoffice tool
- You will investigate data, system behavior, and end-to-end workflows to identify root causes and define product improvements
- You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, escalate, and track issues through to resolution
- You will contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing to improve product quality and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Operations Manager, or in a similar product-focused role within a SaaS, platform, or fintech environment
- Good understanding of backoffice tools, merchant platforms, or internal operational systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to identify patterns and root causes
- Clear communication skills and confidence collaborating with cross-functional teams
