About the role
- Independent responsibility for the leadership, organization and strategic development of the agricultural site within the Arable Farming division.
- Responsibility for, organization and oversight of the arable farming business units — in close coordination with site management.
- Central support in the planning, monitoring and optimization of operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Participation in the technical guidance, leadership and continuous development of staff.
Requirements
- Completed agricultural training or a relevant degree with practical experience.
- High level of resilience, flexibility and commitment in day-to-day operations.
- Structured, self-reliant working style combined with confident leadership and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and implement tasks strategically in line with company objectives.
