About the role
- Preparation and analysis of financial and cost reports to efficiently manage renewable energy generation and agricultural production processes
- Support in budget planning, forecast preparation and monitoring of operational metrics
- Monitoring and analysis of cost structures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participation in investment calculations and profitability analyses for optimal resource planning
- Collaboration with specialist departments to improve processes and internal control systems
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, controlling, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in controlling, ideally with an automotive background or in an industry with a strong focus on unit costs and efficiency
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting and reporting
- Confident use of ERP systems (ideally Sage) and excellent Excel skills
- Analytical and structured working style, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
