About the role
- Independent management, organization and strategic development of the agricultural site within the arable farming division.
- Responsibility for, organization of and oversight of arable farming operations – in close coordination with the site management.
- Central support for planning, monitoring and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Participation in the professional guidance, leadership and continuous development of employees.
Requirements
- Completed agricultural training or a relevant degree with practical experience.
- High level of resilience, flexibility and commitment in day-to-day operations.
- Structured, independent working style combined with confident leadership behavior and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize and implement tasks strategically in line with company objectives.
