About the role
- Support Key Account Managers in customer relationship management and project coordination
- Responsible for customer-related correspondence
- Conduct customer calls
- Support tender processes and product placements
- Maintain product items, prices, and customer master data
- Review negotiated contracts
- Handle customer complaints and prepare sales analyses
- Prepare audits and manage customs-related matters
- Act as an internal and external liaison to other departments and service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/-frau) or equivalent qualification
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
- Initial professional experience in an assistant/administrative role, preferably from FMCG sales or grocery retail (LEH)
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Some experience with SAP applications or comparable tools
