About the role
- Responsible for overall planning, successful execution, and closure of strategic projects
- Define project scope, requirements, project tasks, and roles
- Ensure compliance with budgets and policies
- Communicate project-specific changes to project team members and stakeholders
- Support the preparation of decision documents for central executive management
- Drive the further development of project management governance and the Group Strategic Projects department
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience in project management or in a strategy consulting firm
- Knowledge of traditional and, ideally, agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, Prince2, PMI, APM)
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Ability to visualize project management content clearly at the management level
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
