About the role

  • As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Purchasing for raw materials and additives, you support the strategic buyers in preparing and conducting negotiations.
  • You handle communication with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders of the Theo Müller Group, both domestically and internationally.
  • You also create framework agreements in SAP and maintain the master data required for smooth procurement in SAP, SAP Ariba and SAP MDG.
  • Using detailed analyses, you create a transparent basis for future product group strategies.
  • You apply your acquired knowledge to question existing processes and make them more efficient.

Requirements

  • You are currently studying business administration or a comparable field, preferably with a specialization in logistics/purchasing, and are available for at least 5–6 months.
  • You are confident in using common MS Office applications; initial knowledge of SAP (MM, FI, Ariba Sourcing) is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of general contract law and demonstrate a customer- and supplier-oriented way of working.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Your strong quality awareness and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
